These terms explain use of this website. They do not replace the proposal, booking terms or service agreement for a particular engagement.
Enquiries, training and engagements
Sending an enquiry does not itself confirm a booking or create a paid engagement. Availability, scope, fees, payment arrangements and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms should be confirmed before you commit.
Public training dates and availability can change. Where a course is booked through APSO or another organiser, check that organiser’s booking details and terms. Where an engagement is supplied through Agency Nella, the relevant documents should identify the contracting party.
Any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights remain in force. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy.
Using the content
You may read this website, share links to it and use its content to the extent permitted by law. Original text, branding and other material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party logos, photographs and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.
